Let’s face it… Becoming a Millionaire the Easy Way probably won’t happen for most of us. This is a situation where either money starts falling from the sky, growing from a tree or mysteriously appearing in your wallet without knowing about it. The chances that you Win The Lottery or win a Million Dollar Court Settlement are quite unlikely.

Now that we are on the same page and agree that Becoming a Millionaire is going to be harder than we thought, why don’t we look at a few steps you will have to go through in order to achieve Financial Freedom and roll around in stacks of Hundred Dollar Bills! These are a few things that will help you turn into a Millionaire…

10 Steps To Becoming a Millionaire

1. Don’t Waste or Lose Money.
   The first step to Making Money is to control how you spend! When you do become financially secure you will be able to spend all you want. Be patient and don’t waste money that you could invest into your future!
2. Save Money.
   When you do start Making a little bit of money whether it is online or offline, through your job or through a business. Set up a savings account and deposit some money on a regularly scheduled basis. This will give your financial state some consistency and you will be able to accumulate some interest on your earnings. This is crucial!
3. Change Your Mindset.
   You simply have to change the way you think. If you think a certain way then you might be setting yourself up for your downfall. Imagine knowing that you will not succeed before even starting. I wrote an article about the “Millionaire Mindset” that has gotten a lot of buzz on Ezinearticles. Check it out.
4. Make a Plan.
   If you want to Become a Millionaire so badly then you must have some sort of plan of action that will supposedly Make you a lot of Money. Once you come up with something that you think is concrete that you think will work you might want to meet with a Financial Advisor or Consultant to get a second opinion. If you plan on starting a business then come up with a good, Rock Solid Business Plan. I’ve networked a lot with Business Professionals in the past year or two and to be honest with you, a lot of the new Business Ideas that I hear about are crazy. A lot of Money lost because of a stupid idea is something that can be avoided.
5. Take Action.
   Once you have a good plan that you know will generate good revenue.. take action! It is funny how many people have so much talent, knowledge, skills, etc.. and you wonder why they didn’t go far in life. It is probably because they didn’t take action when they needed to. Millionaire by Chance.. or Millionaire by Choice? The Millionaires who worked their way from the bottom only got there because they took action!
6. Invest Your Money.
   Once you get some good money coming in.. you should make investments. Big Return, Small Return, etc. An Investment in my opinion is like waiting a few minutes extra before dinner, because food seems to taste so much better when you are more hungry. When you Invest your Money.. you wait and then it comes back in bigger quantities! I know that if you are just starting in something like Internet Marketing you may not have much money to invest.. or maybe you want to try to start from scratch with nothing. It is a lot harder than you may think!
7. Diversify Your Investments.
   Never put all your Money in one place. I figure that this is common sense. Anyone who knows anything about Business knows that there is a lot more Money to be made if you make diversifications either internally or externally. Instead of just placing Google AdSense ads on your website, why don’t you try your hand at Affiliate Marketing? Diversify and you will notice that with Multiple Streams of Income, you will end up with more Money than you can keep track of.
8. Take Risks.
   I am sure that most of the Millionaires living today got there by taking Big Risks at one point or another in their lives. Taking Risks; is sometimes, the only way to make a critical change in your life. To take you from Point A to Point B.
9. Have Some Fun.
   Remember that this is still your life and you shouldn’t miss at a chance at living and having fun just for something like money. I know that money can make a lot of people happy, but precious life moments will make someone much happier than a big pile of cash.
10. Help Others In Need.
    This is one thing that I personally like to do. Whenever I feel like I have been successful I like to take time to help out others. When I learned how to Make Money Online I started this blog to help others do it too. In the end you won’t regret it and you will notice that by helping others… one day others will be there to help you.

Becoming a Millionaire is a dream, but it doesn’t mean that you can’t reach it. I’ve always said to myself that I would make my dreams come true at any cost. Just keep in mind that for some people it isn’t worth chasing a dream that will not bring much fulfillment to their life. Do you really want to Become a Millionaire?

I found Richkiss.com through Digg earlier today and I found it quite funny. It is basically a dating service aimed at rich people. Apparently rich people have trouble dating so they created a service that is only for people who fit above a certain tax bracket. This means that if you make less than $150,000 a year or so then you shouldn’t be signing up… or should you?

I am pretty sure that as I speak there are some desperate men and women who may or may not be signing up to this service in hopes to find a rich partner who can support them for the rest of their lives! It may sound really materialistic and selfish, but the world isn’t always a place of lilies and sunflowers!

If you want to Make Money Online then do it in a way you can be proud of… start an online business, develop websites, advertise and publish. You don’t need to hope to find the love of your life… or try to find a bank account that you love even more. There are a lot of other sites with the same service… richkiss.com certainly wasn’t the first to come up with this idea.

I know that personally since I have been quite well off… I really don’t spend too much time thinking about how much money I would save if I were to opt for a certain thing over another; however, I am still human and can’t turn down Free Stuff!

I actually decided to write this post because I came across a blog about a woman who posts random Freebies that she finds on the net and also calculates how much money she is saving at the same time. I thought it was a really interesting idea.

Not too long ago I wrote an article about “Saving Money To Make Money“. This is the concept of having more money to spend by spending less money on things you don’t really need. When you become a Millionaire Super Affiliate you can spend all the money you want on whatever your heart desires, but until you reach that point there is not point being luxurious.

Here are a few examples of Free Stuff you can find on the internet and a lot of them only require you do to something easy like join a website!

• Free Samples (Special K Cereal , Healthy Samples)
  There are a lot of sites that are offering free samples of their products in hopes that you will buy more of it later on. These are usually goods that can be consumed like food and beauty products! Just search on Google and you will be likely to find tons of Free Samples.
• Free Trips (Bahamas Cruise , 3 Nights in Cancun)
  “You must be kidding right?” There are a lot of Vacation Getaway Giveaways and it may sound too good to be true.. but I have seen it with my own eyes. The logic behind it is that there are tons of airlines that are willing to give away free trips to lucky winners! What they do is give you a great deal and you have a great time.. the reason they do this is because they want you to WANT to come back at full price. It is just like setting the bait and reeling in the fish.
• Win Cool Prizes ($1000 Gas Card , Win a Cadillac Escalade)
  There are even more websites that offer great prizes that you can win by simply filling out a form or joining a website! A brand new Cadillac Escalade can’t hurt

As you can see there is quite a lot of stuff that is available for free on the internet and what I posted is just the tip of the iceberg. If anyone wants more links to free stuff I got tons, plus I know a bunch of websites that have more!

Remember that the less money you are spending on things that you don’t need (or things you can get for free), the more money you are making so that you can either save up, invest in great opportunities, or expand your current online business! Keep up the great work.

Have you ever heard of the term “ Self Fulfilling Prophecy “? It was an old term coined by Sociologist Robert K. Merton. It is basically a prediction that may directly or indirectly cause itself to become valid.

“The self-fulfilling prophecy is, in the beginning, a false definition of the situation evoking a new behaviour which makes the original false conception come ‘true’. This specious validity of the self-fulfilling prophecy perpetuates a reign of error. For the prophet will cite the actual course of events as proof that he was right from the very beginning.”

In this case, our original false conception is that it is near impossible for an average person with little knowledge of business to become a millionaire. If you say to yourself ” I don’t think I can become a Millionaire… “ then there is a high chance that you will not. Not only is the law of the Self Fulfilling Prophecy standing in front of you, but also your weak ambition. Success and Failure is a game of “ifs” and “buts”, nothing is certain and all you can try to do is increase your odds at winning. If you don’t believe in yourself, then you are already predicting your failure. Turn the tables around now. ” I believe that becoming a millionaire is within my reach! “. You may not just suddenly “Become a Millionaire”, but you will gradually see improvements in your work, your attitude and your life.

Go ahead and apply this theory to Internet Marketing. 9/10 Internet Marketers fail (or give up) because they either don’t have the time to put in work, they don’t know what they are doing, or they don’t truly believe that they can make it!

I have already stated several times that there are tons of ways to Make Money Online. There is Ad Publishing, Freelancing, Selling Products, Selling Services, and Affiliate Marketing. These are all extremely broad topics which cover many different Money Making Opportunities! Before you tell yourself that “Affiliate Marketing” isn’t for you, give it a shot! Most Affiliate Marketing programs have no startup costs so there is nothing to lose! When I started Internet Marketing I focused on one Business Model: “Make Money with Google AdSense” and I didn’t really make any serious cash. Once I started to diversify my work… the money started coming in!

In a work field where success depends completely on you and your own production: sky is the limit! If you work a boring 9 to 5 job at $12/hour then you can calculate how much money you can make on any given work week provided that your schedule is constant. When you step into a world of business like “Internet Marketing”, all your boundaries disappear and it is up to you to make it happen. The best thing about it is that there is no salary cap for your work!

If you want to be an Online Millionaire, you have to think like an Online Millionaire! In the end it could just be your Self Fulfilling Prophecy.

Despite what a lot of Webmasters and Internet Marketers think; Making Money Online is simply an equation and if you have all the pieces and know how to make them fit right, you will end up doing well. There are a lot of different areas of Internet Marketing and so many ways you can Make Money Online; however, they each have their own process that you can make a killing with if you follow carefully.

I believe that the hardest task you will need to overcome to start Making Money Online and doing it with ease is building a “Base of Operations“.

Base of Operations
A Base of Operations is exactly what it sounds like. It is the place that everything starts. A perfect base of operations for most Internet Marketers would be their own blog. This is because their blog brings in new readers who are likely to return often and also gives them a solid Online Reputation. Having a strong Base of Operations will definitely make everything about Marketing Online a lot easier.

• You will be able to easily sell private advertising across your network of websites.
• You will have a substantial Mailing List which will make it easier to promote affiliate offers.
• You can easily network with like-minded people who can help you in your journey to Make Money Online.

Those are just a few reasons why having a Base of Operations for your online business will guarantee your success.

When I first started reading and researching about Internet Marketing and how I could be successful by Working at Home; I found a lot of things helped me move forward and a lot of things were holding me back. Just like anything else in life there are road blocks and obstacles; however, to keep a fair balance there is also assistance and support. These are the 3 things that kept me moving forward:

• Dedication
  I have always stayed dedicated to Internet Marketing since I have started. I put all my heart into the idea of Making Money Online and it has truly paid off.
• Motivation
  This is a hard one. Motivation can be different for each unique person. My motivation was my dreams. I’ve always had big dreams and it made me keep going even when I thought that it wouldn’t work out. Some people are motivated by Money; while others are motivated by Change. It all depends on what YOU want!
• Observation
  I’ve been making observations since I stepped into the Internet Marketing field. There are always rules that you have to follow and there are also guidelines. I looked around the Blogosphere and found that those who were successful planned for a long term gain. Never focus too hard on short term investments because long term is where it counts. I studied a lot of different marketing techniques and learned so much about the industry and that pushed me towards my goals faster.

So basically Dedication, Motivation and Observation = a New Vacation. Those are the things that helped me move in the right direction, but just like anything else there is always something to balance it out. There was only one thing that I can guarantee will hold anyone back.

• Not Believing In Yourself
  I know that you may think that there are a lot of things that are stopping you from Making Money Online, but they are all circumstantial. The only thing that will stop you from Making Money Online that I know for sure is Not Believing In Yourself! The hardest part about it is that it is not something you can just change overnight. In fact, you really have to find something that motivates you to change the way you think which is pretty difficult. I can’t make it happen, but I just want you to know that you NEED to Believe in Yourself in order to be successful in anything.
