You are so right on keeping organized, but no matter how hard I try things get out of sorts on me and I have to take a solid weekend to putting things back in order. Do you have any suggestions on keeping better organized?

Becoming a authority is a great read! I have been working hard on being the authority for two different niches with two different sites. One is less competitive and has been going great. And even on the more competitive it is going well, it is just taking a little longer.

Ha, this is pretty funny, I just wrote an article called “Should you be a blogging authority”, and I come to the conclusion that authority sucks ;) Kind of. People just think of 1 meaning for authority, rather call it resource, expert, whatever, but authority is something that puts people down / forces them to do things, which is not something you should aim for. At least from my point of view.

Keeping organized and a schedule is a must for working at home or out of your home… also letting some of your family or friends know that what you are doing is work!! Coming over unannounced can mess up your whole day. Great info here.
