Issue 100 : Interesting Money Makers!
Have you ever had a genius idea that you thought would be extremely profitable but didn’t have the time or money to make it happen? Have you ever came across a website that offers something unique that you enjoyed browsing? Can you offer something to internet users that no one else could?
In this issue I am going to talk about how you can take your own interests and turn them into Online Money Makers!
Right now there is a big trend that is hitting the world by storm. People everywhere want to know how they can Make Money Online and quit their jobs and maybe live the life of their dreams! If you take most of their Online Experience into consideration then you will notice that many people don’t know much about making Money Online and just try to mimic what they have seen elsewhere. It is commonly believed that to start making money online you should create a website that relates to something that you are very interested in and have a passion for. This will make working on it a lot more fun and will motivate you. Finally, if you don’t reach your financial goals with it at least it is something that you are interested in and maybe you’ve learned a thing or two through research.
Using the Internet, money can be made in many ways… let’s look at some interesting ways that are being used all around the world! I won’t be going into tremendous detail with each, but it will give you an idea about what you can do to make money online!
- Niche Websites
This is extremely simple and anyone can do it! You are basically creating a simple website about something you are interested in and monetizing it in various ways. You can either place advertising on these sites, promote affiliate products or even sell it for profit!
If you are a person with many interests then don’t let that stop you from creating multiple websites for multiple streams of income! - Online Stores
Do you have anything to sell? If you are an entrepreneur than even if you don’t you may come up with ideas of how you can take your interests and convert them into dollars! I have personally always wanted to create my own clothing line and have realized that with the internet at your feet it is easier than ever!
Let your imagination do the work for you. Making Money by selling things online isn’t as easy as Niche Sites, but I am certain that the profits would be much greater if you put a lot of work into it and have a solid product to sell! - Online Services
If you don’t have a product to sell then maybe you might have a great service to offer! People have different interests and they also have different skills. This is a great idea for Freelancers to make a lot of money online by providing their services to others. Whether you write, create art, design, etc. there will always be a high demand for outsourced services in any business environment!
A friend of mine has made a fortune through his passion of photography! He used to take pictures for fun, but now he takes pictures everywhere and sells his work as stock photography online! You don’t need to stop there, you can always take your ideas a few steps further, be creative!
If you know the story behind websites like Facebook and MySpace then you know that anyone can make it big online! It just shows that you don’t need much knowledge or experience to make tons of money on the internet! Take your interests and if you haven’t started creating your Online Empire, then start building!

Great post. The main part of the whole formula that I think most people miss is the last 3 words of your post. “just start building”. So many people never get started. And when they do start they stay unfocused. And jump from project to project.

I also agree with your start building comment. I haven’t truly figured out how o monetize my blog, but I enjoy the process and I know if I keep building it will pay off.

There are lots of ways to make money online. I do stock photography websites for people like your friend. Many people now use their digital cameras to make extra money doing stock photos or kid portraits. I wrote a code that they all can use to sell these photos and it is going really well.

It is true that yo can get success with a niche website but I don’t think you can become a millionaire from it. You would have to combine it with online store.

Ye, I have a couple of good niche site ideas. I just don’t have the time to work them all.
Sometimes people ask me what I write about when I run out of ideas and I tell them that’s never happened before.

I believe before someone can make reasonable income from a prospect, a lot of efforts have to be put in, internet prospect or not, it would still require a lot of effort and there is no shortcut, so that is why I would support your idea of engaging in an activity that someone enjoys doing and has a passion for because that is only what can keep someones drive going through the tough times, and trust me there would be though times when engaging on a money making prospect.

The sad part is that people buid blogs they really enjoy but make no money from them. 99% of people think they can be the next Chow. Not gonna happen!

It is like the first commentator said, you need to stay focused. If you start into a money making area, you should focus on that, and become an expert in it. Often times, people jump around too much, and that is why they never make the kind of money they want.

I have been working on monetizing my blog for a few months now and it has certainly not been easy. It requires alot of har work and patience to maintain one blog and in many cases people own a few. Rather than focus on the actual monetzing it is improtant to focus instead on writing quality articles. If you use wordpress then your blogs posts will get indexed with ease without much effort. It will however take quiet some time to build a large list of articles which will ultimately be responsible for success or failure.
